Clerk and Comptroller services, such as applying for a marriage license and getting married at the courthouse, are walk-in services. No appointment is necessary.

Wedding Ceremonies 

A deputy clerk is available to perform your wedding in one of our beautiful settings. There is a ceremony fee of $30 for this service, which is available at two locations.

Weddings with larger wedding parties may be limited to 30 minutes. If you plan to get your license the same day, please allow yourself an additional 30 minutes for the marriage application process.

You are welcome to bring friends and family to witness the ceremony. Don't forget to bring your Marriage License, and your camera! After the ceremony, you may purchase certified copies of your Marriage License for $3.00 each.
