The Clerk of Court Operations Corporation (CCOC) was created in 2004 by the Florida Legislature. The CCOC implemented a number of performance measures and established standards to measure Clerk's court-related activities. Clerks are required to self report and, to the extent that performance falls below the standard set by CCOC, the Clerk must provide the actions that will be taken to bring the performance to or above standards. Strategic Planning
Comprehensive Strategic Plan and Balanced Scorecard
Performance measures for non-court-related functions have not been established by CCOC, but this office has implemented a Strategic Plan that includes goals, measures, and performance standards monitored by each department's leadership and the organization's Strategic Planning Committee. The Comprehensive Strategic Plan and Balanced Scorecard lines up activities to the vision and strategy of the organization, enhances communication, and monitors performance against those strategic goals.
