Payment Information

Unless otherwise directed by the Court, all child support and alimony payments must be sent directly to the Florida State Disbursement Unit (FLSDU) in Tallahassee. To inquire as to when the last payment posted to your account, please call FLSDU at (877) 769-0251. A 7-digit case number is required.

The Florida Department of Revenue (DOR) is the state agency responsible for collecting and enforcing child support.

Drivers License Suspension

If your Child Support is not being enforced by the Department of Revenue, the custodial parent has to sign a petition to initiate Drivers License Suspension of the non-custodial parent. The fee assessed to the non-custodial parent is $25.00.

Notice of Delinquency/Judgments

When a non-custodial parent is 15 days delinquent in making a payment, the Clerk and Comptroller's office shall serve a notice of delinquency on the non-custodial parent. The fee assessed to the non-custodial parent is $32.44.

Respondent's Information and Forms (IV-D Child Support)

Important information is available on the 12th Judicial Circuit website for the parent who is or may be paying child support in cases where the Florida Department of Revenue (DOR) is involved pursuant to Title IV-D of the Social Security Act. If purchased at the Clerk's office, the price of the IV-D Child Support Respondent's Packet is $3.00; all other forms are $.15 per page.
