The Clerk of Court Operations Corporation (CCOC) was created in 2004 by the Florida Legislature. A number of performance measures have been implemented by the CCOC to measure Clerks court-related activities and standards were established. Clerks are required to self report and, to the extent that performance falls below the standard set by CCOC, the Clerk must provide the actions that will be taken to bring the performance to or above standards. Performance measures for non court-related functions have not been established by CCOC, but this office has implemented a Strategic Plan that includes goals, measures, and performance standards monitored by each department's leadership and the organization's Strategic Planning Committee.
